How do I enter the $1 Million Dollar Giveaway Promotion?
There are three ways to enter during the Entry Period:

Via Hard Rock Neverland Casino: Log in, register through the $1 Million Dollar Giveaway widget, and verify your contact information to receive one (1) Wheel Spin.

By Mail: Send a letter with your full name, email, phone number, and address (including zip code) to the address listed in the Official Rules. Only one mail entry per person is allowed.
Mail entries and digital entries are treated equally and included in the same random selection process.
Is a purchase required to enter the $1 Million Dollar Giveaway Promotion?
No. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Making a purchase will not improve your odds of winning. The Promotion is free to join.
Who can enter the Hard Rock Games Promotion?
The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States (excluding AL, CT, GA, HI, ID, KY, LA, MI, MT, NV, NY, RI, TN, and WA) and Canada (excluding the Province of Quebec) who are 18 years or older and of the age of majority in their jurisdiction. You must have a registered account in a participating Hard Rock Games app, or submit a valid mail-in entry.
What are the prizes?
Prizes are awarded as listed in the Official Rules and may include:

Cash prizes: $1,000,000, $10,000, or $1,000

Physical merchandise: such as a Hard Rock Guitar by Fender, T-shirts, hoodies, or collectible pins

Virtual coin prizes: including various amounts up to 10,000,000,000 coins
Only one (1) prize will be awarded per person, family, or household. Virtual coin prizes can only be awarded to entrants with a registered account in the relevant Hard Rock Games app.
How are winners selected?
Entries are processed through a random selection system developed by Hard Rock Games. For digital entries, users must redeem their one-time code in-app during the Prize Period (e.g., August 31 to September 2, 2025) to see their prize result. Mail entries are also processed through this random system without requiring additional action.
Potential winners will be contacted via the email or phone number associated with their game account or mail-in entry. You must respond within three (3) days and may be required to complete verification documents. Canadian residents must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill question to be eligible for a prize.
