Who can participate?

Eligible legal residents of the United States and Canada must be 21 or older and have a registered Hard Rock Neverland Casino account. The promotion excludes Alabama, Connecticut, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Washington and Quebec.
